“…I feel better now than I’ve felt in years…”
Hey Lisa, I really can’t thank you enough. After years of struggling with debilitating depression and anxiety, I was quite desperate when I first came to you. I was in bad shape and it was affecting every aspect of my life (work, kids, marriage, physical health, etc).
I tried getting help from several primary care doctors over the years, but I never felt like they really understood what I was going through and nothing they suggested ever worked. Then a friend suggested I meet with you.
Instead of quickly assigning generic labels to what I was experiencing like my doctors had done, you took the time to really listen to me, you asked questions, and you explained your recommended plan of action in a way I could understand.
Thanks to your help and expertise, I feel better now than I’ve felt in years. I hope you know how great you are at what you do. Thank you!
Derek
What makes us different?
We focus exclusively on helping those who suffer from mental health issues. Specializing like this means we can help you get faster, more significant results than you would see working with a more general provider (like your primary care doctor) for several reasons:
We provide you with more individualized care.
You are unique. A faster recovery from your specific combination of feelings, symptoms, genetics, and experiences requires a more customized, holistic, adjustable treatment plan than the general diagnosis (with it’s associated general prescription) you’ll likely receive from a general health care provider.
We really understand what you’re going through.
We have years of experience dealing with all types of mental illnesses and the different ways they can present in different people. This allows us to really understand what you’re feeling and experiencing. We don’t believe that a provider can give quality care with simple 10 min medical appointments. We take the time to listen, ask questions, understand, and clearly explain your options.
We help you feel better with less trial and error.
Our specialized, deeper knowledge of the different medication and treatment options available to you, allow us to custom tailor a plan that will address your specific combination of symptoms, causes, history, and external influencers. We aim to minimize unpleasant side effects and quickly determine the best course of action for your situation. Then we work together with you to adjust your treatment as needed moving forward.

How much does it cost?
What you really need to consider is How much is NOT getting better costing you? Are you currently spending money on medications that aren’t helping enough? How much have you already spent on doctor visits that didn’t get the results you were after? And what about the REAL costs of your situation… Damaged relationships, missed career opportunities, poor physical health? How much are those worth?
As experienced mental health specialists, we actually save you money by helping you get better much faster. Faster recovery means you end up paying for fewer visits and you no longer waste time and money on medications and other treatments that don’t work for you.
We accept most insurance providers, and offer a generously discounted self-pay option, to make getting the help you need as easy as possible.
